| TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIABILITY | |
Arrangements and services pertaining to the program, such as accommodations, transportation,
clinics and sightseeing are provided by independent contractors who are not agents of
Tennis Italia - Sabia Group, Incorporated ("Program Director"). Program Director reserves
the right to cancel the program (whereby all monies received by the Program Director will be
returned to registrant), adjust its content and itinerary, and substitute services without
prior notice to registrant. Program Director reserves the right to accept or reject any person
as a participant in the program or any part thereof, and to discontinue the participation of
any individual in the program at any time, if in its sole judgment, the participant's health
or behavior is likely to interfere with the operation of the program or endanger the health or
safety of other program participants. If a participant is asked to, or required to leave the
program after it has begun and before it has ended, Program Director will return ten percent
(10%) of the monies paid by the participant to the Program Director, at which time the Program
Director will be released from any liability to the participant. Participation in the program
is at participant's own risk, and the Program Director and others providing services to the
program are released from any and all liability to the participant, regardless of the cause
thereof, for any loss or delay of, or damage to participant's property, and for any injury
(including death), damage (including consequential damage), expense, cost or delay which is
incurred by participant in connection with participation in the program, including but not
being limited to any liability resulting from or arising out of the negligent or intentional
acts or omissions of the Program Director and others providing services to the program.
Transportation requested beyond the itinerary scheduled will be at an additional cost to the
participant. Cancellations must be received in writing 60 days prior to the date of departure.
You will receive a refund, less a $75/person cancellation fee. Between 59-45 days prior to the
start date, you may apply 40% of the tour price towards a future trip departing within one year
of the cancellation date. Cancellations made less than 45 days before the start of the trip will
result in the loss of all monies received. No refunds will be made for a cancellation during
the course of the tour, nor for unused portions of the trip. No exceptions to our cancellation
policy are made, including weather or personal emergency. Therefore, we strongly recommend that
participants in the program purchase trip cancellation, personal effects, baggage, accident
and health insurance.
